- Small business tax experience with C and S Corporations, including tax planning for individual shareholders
- Experience with partnership and LLC tax issues
- Provides assistance with property transactions, including depreciation and like-kind exchanges
- Assists with multi-state taxation issues
- Additional experience in individual income tax, consolidated corporations, bookkeeping, and other current taxation issues
